FRANK WONG GING JIAN
Also with over a decade of experience, Mr. Frank Wong is well known to be fearless but a courteous litigator and negotiator due to his keen eyes and penchant in his work.
In 2003, Mr. Frank Wong graduated with an LL.B (Hons) from the University of Sheffield, United Kingdom. After obtaining the Certificate of Legal Practice (CLP) a year later, he pursued his pupilage at the end of September 2004 in the esteemed chambers of Encik Ahmad Murad bin Abdul Aziz of Messrs K M Chye & Murad and subsequently completed his pupilage with Mr. Ng Cheng Keat of Messrs Wong & Associates. He was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in October 2005. He then commenced his practice at Messrs Wong & Associates after being admitted to the Malaysian Bar and served at Messrs Liza Chan & Co in January 2007. In 2013, he joined The Chambers of Lim Yeeu Ren as a Partner. He then joined Messrs Rahman Rohaida as a Partner in October 2015.
His expertise covers the areas of litigation matters relating to general debt recovery, securities, banking, distress, tort, Company and Corporate law, defamation, probate and letters of administration, bankruptcy and winding up. On top of that, he is skilled with property and conveyancing matters relating to the drafting of sale and purchase agreements, loan documentation, leases and tenancies.
