Iman Dawam graduated from Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) with a Bachelor of Law (LL.B) (Honours) degree in 2018 and a Postgraduate Diploma in Syariah Law and Practice (DLSA) in 2019. She joined Messrs Rahman Rohaida in 2018 as a pupil reading in the chambers of Mr Habizan Habeeb Rahman where she was exposed to various civil cases such as disputes involving commercial matters and tenancy. During her pupillage, she was also assigned to handle pro bono criminal matters namely, attending bail hearings, remand hearings, plea hearings as well as sentencing appeals. Soon after, she was admitted to the Malaysian Bar in 2019 and is currently practicing with Messrs Rahman Rohaida as an Associate.
Her areas of practice include contractual and commercial disputes, probate and administration matters, debt recovery as well as tenancy matters and land disputes. Having said that, Iman Dawam strives to further specialise in these specific areas of law and to someday contribute to moulding the current legal landscape of the above fields.
