Nadiah Hamdan graduated from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) with a Bachelor of Law (LL.B) (Honours) degree in 2018 and a Postgraduate Diploma in Syariah Law and Practice (DLSA) in 2019. She commenced her pupillage in 2018 where she was exposed to a wide array of cases, particularly in the areas of conveyancing, general litigation and construction law. Following her admission to the Malaysian Bar in 2019, she started her practice in the areas of corporate and commercial law where she was involved in the general formulation of commercial agreements. Thereafter, she joined Messrs Rahman Rohaida in 2020 as an Associate.
Her current areas of practice include corporate and conveyancing transactions, the latter particularly in respect of developer projects and independent sub-sale transactions.
