Sarina Alwi graduated with a Bachelor of Law (LL.B) (Honours) degree from University of Malaya in 2014 and was soon after admitted to the Malaysian Bar in 2015. Prior to joining Messrs Rahman Rohaida in 2016, Sarina Alwi received extensive exposure in the fields of both, conveyancing and banking litigation.

Upon joining Messrs Rahman Rohaida as an Associate, she took conduct of various general civil litigation matters including land matters, strata management, intellectual property, debt recovery, contract, tort and commercial disputes as well as dispute resolution via Arbitration and Tribunal. Sarina Alwi has also found her calling in the field of quasi-criminal litigation in the very niche area of Environmental Law wherein she now specialises in matters involving palm oil mill effluent and industrial effluent. As a result of her dedication to both, her work and to the firm, Sarina Alwi was elevated to the position of Senior Associate in 2021.
