Ms. Thevini Nayagam obtained her Bachelor of Law (LL.B) (Honours) degree in 2010 from the University of London via External Programme and subsequently completed the Certificate of Legal Practice (CLP) in 2011. She pursued her pupillage under the guidance of Mr.Jeyakumar Palakrishnar of Messrs Zahir Jeya & Zainal and was admitted to the Malaysian Bar in 2012. Ms. Thevini Nayagam subsequently proceeded to carry out practice in the area of general civil litigation at Messrs Zahir Jeya & Zainal until the year 2014 with exposure to several areas of law including dispute resolution via Arbitration.

Ms. Thevini Nayagam joined Messrs Rahman Rohaida in 2015 as an Associate and took conduct of matters involving debt recovery, contract disputes, probate and letters of administration, execution proceedings, construction adjudication and employment matters. Soon after, she was elevated to the position of Senior Associate in 2019 and was then made Partner in 2021.

Ms. Thevini Nayagam now specialises in the areas of intellectual property, defamation, land matters, contract disputes, commercial transactions, quasi-criminal litigation and dispute resolution with several notable victories to her name.
